Jared Hughes has been dancing since the age of 14. His career started in Canton, OH. He started his dance career in Breakdancing under the instruction of Bobby Blaze of the "IllStyle Rockers". He soon followed this with Ballroom Dancing. Through the years he has danced many other styles of dance including salsa, argentine tango, contemporary, modern, and hip hop. In 2009, Jared became a member of Living Fountain Dance Company, training and performing in Modern/Contemporary, and guest performing as a B-boy. Upon the company closing, he ventured into opening his very own dance studio. This also provided the opportunity for Jared to teach for “Heartbeats to the City”, a non-profit organization that brings art into inner city elementary schools as an after-school program for at-risk youth. Jared also helped create and manage the “Canton City Crew”, a crew of B-boys and Hip hop dancers, doing performances such as halftime shows for the cleveland cavaliers D-league. Over the course of the next year he performed for many big events such as "The Love concert" and "Canton's Dancing with the Stars". At the turn of the New Year, he decided it was time to explore bigger opportunities and moved to Los Angeles. Jared looks forward to positively impacting his students as well as pursuing his performance and teaching career here in L.A. He is currently teaching all over the greater Los Angeles area.
